FCC's goal is to enable senior management of small, fast growing companies in a rapidly expanding and ever changing industry to maintain a focus on their business. These individuals are otherwise obligated to spending too much of their time on raising capital, seeking larger financial partners, hiring management to fill the empty positions necessary for image and more importantly, guidance and growth. These tasks are arduous and although extremely important, quite distracting.
We understand that being properly capitalized allows you to effectively execute your business plan. We know that without the most suitable team in place you will not meet your goals and the expectations of your shareholders. FCC becomes a part of your organization that effectively handles these aspects of a new entity or the needs of an established company ready to proceed to the next phase of growth or expansion. We assist in the construction of a business plan, introductions to venture capital and investment banks. When warranted and requested we take a proactive role assisting in the growth of the company through sales, corporate development and strategic relationships.
Foresight typically requires a non-exclusive commitment for a minimum of 180 days. When an exclusive is desired it is for a period of no more than 90 days. For our services, from the company we typically require a small amount of equity in the company upon agreement execution (refundable if dissatisfaction occurs within 45 days). An additional amount of equity, typically equal to the original amount of equity upon completing the task of facilitating the capital raise as well as a percentage in the form of consulting and finders fees. FCC will suggest a monthly retainer if it is necessary and or requested that someone work exclusively on the particular transaction. This request and assistance would be in relation to corporate, management or sales efforts.

Once your company is ready, (if it is not immediately) we will set up all meetings, attend the presentations, handle all introductions, and share in the presentation as assistance. We then ensure thorough follow-up and communication with you and the prospective resources.
