Foresight Capital Corporation is accepting members to receive services inclusive of consulting, venture capital approach, relationship development, management enhancement, etc.
This membership has been designed with two levels of participation from FCC.
Level One, or Diamond Member, requires a $1,500.00 initiation fee with a monthly maintenance of $350.00. This membership includes all of the above services on a continuous basis, at any time when needed you can call on us to focus on guiding you and providing you our experiences.
Level Two, or Platinum, includes all services as Diamond along with a business plan review and alterations if necessary, competitor review (comp analysis), Forecasting, etc. We will help develop the tools necessary for initial contact to the private capital. As a Platinum Member we will also work with you on shaping and perfecting your VC presentation. In addition, we will assist with the follow up and delivery of material to those interested groups. Platinum Membership requires an initial fee of $2,500.00 and a monthly maintenance of $750.00.
These memberships do not include fees related to travel, photocopies, and any fees that may relate to assisting in your endeavor. Foresight can and will travel whenever required and or requested by your group. Our normal expense structure includes any fee of $100.00 or more will be granted by you prior to the incurring the expense.
